I need to know how to help a chicken that can't poop.

One of my chickens is constipated.

Keep up the warm water bath. Do not attempt to probe the vent. You can end up causing a prolapse and killing the pullet. Give her some olive oil orally with a needless syringe, lots of grapes or even raisins to soften her stools. If you have any non-stick cooking spray, like PAM, spray it on the vent every time you clean it. It will prevent any feces from sticking and moisturize and protect the skin. Her problem is in the intestinal tract. You can add some apple juice concentrate to her water or even a bit of sugar to give her energy if she isn't eating. If she is eating and you have some aloe vera, mix a tablespoon to a half cup of chick mash. Even water in the feed to moisten it is good. If you have some Nutri Drench give her 0.5 mL syringe for boost. She should be separated from the other pullets by now. Do what you can for it, then be at peace with the outcome. Chickens are so tuff, and at the same time so fragile.
Good luck.

These newest pics look like white foam. Is this an accurate description? Is she eating and drinking? If she is just standing around looking spaced out, it could have coccidiosis. She may be caked up from diarrhea and not constipated. I have seen chicks quiver when trying to poop when they have coccidiosis. If she is infected the other chicks will get it too! Isolate the sick chick in a box or crate, keep it warm. Coccidiosis symptoms include: lack of appetite, lethargy, diarrhea most times with blood in it. If she exhibits these symptoms, she needs a sulfa based antibiotic immediately. You need to take it to a vet for diagnosis, if it dies you still need to protect the rest of the flock.

Thank y'all for your help, she is still trying. How long will she last like this?

No not really foam, it's dry and some that I had got out was sand! I have a sand floor in my coup and that seems to be what's clogged her up. She is isolated from the others under a lamp but still struggling. I'm not sure if sand was a bad choice.

She did it!!! And she's back to preening and chirping again. Thank goodness, I was feeling so bad for her. I'm still keeping her inside to watch her till tomorrow. Thanks

That's great! Keep an eye on her for the next day or so. Sand is a good choice for the chicken run. Easy on their feet, easy to clean and provides grit. Good job!

Sand is not good grit, imo.
It is too small.
If it was a good idea to be used as grit I highly doubt she would be in this current situation.
