I NEED TO KNOW IF THIS IS CONTAGIOUS!!!

my 3yr old chicken (a bantam cochin) just randomly died today. she was slobbering, and she had a watery crop. she was lucid up until she died (she had 2 seisures then just .... well died). i thought maybe an egg was stuck, but there wasn't anything. she was a free range chicken, and im thinking maybe it was urbicide or something like that that did her in. but nothing seems logical. help?

and she barfed as she died. i've not seen anything quite like it. im very worried that all the other species of birds i have might contract this (if it's contagious).

btw, i also have a 1 yr old turkey that is slobbering, but i think that's due to him having a head cold/being paralyzed.
