snow ghost pie, is a really rich chocolate dessert thats toped with whipped cream. Its very easy to make, i dont have the recipe handy cause i am at work but if you want i can send to you!
I can snoop around for some more recipes at the house. And if you want to make a cake look wild, break out fondant icing. Which is like play dough but its icing for cakes and its used to make all those pretty cakes you see with the ribbons on it.

I have a 3D duck pan to make a cake with. Those are awesome and fun to decorate
