I need to move my coop - help!

This is all I have to offer. This is my new coop moved last week. It's 8x8x6. Good luck.

Okay so here is input from the Redneck sector LOL. Hubby got my coop/shed 8x10. We had to move it several miles from its home to ours. Daddy took his regular flat bed trailer backed it up to the coop/shed, the guys, tilted the shed back as far as they could and held it, Daddy backed up under the shed and they set it down. Pushed from behind and moved it right up on that trailer slicker than anything. It cost us nothing to move it and no one got hurt. It was great! They unloaded it the same way when we got home.

You guys are all great. Thank you so much. It is what I needed to convince my husband. We should close on our house in a week or so and the moving will begin! I can't part with my coop. There are some outbuildings where we are moving to, though, and I may use the coop as a playhouse for my daughter instead. We'll see.
I'll post pics when we get it moved and when it's all painted. I just realized that the roof is WAY bigger then most coops, but we live in western WA and it rains a lot. We build the roof so we could stand next to the coop and stay dry when collecting eggs or cleaning...

ok can you just go to like homedepot and buy a display shed, or does it have to be a sale thing, how much was it? did you just ask em and they were like sure?? I want a shed really bad... ;(

No, it's a sale thing. The displays are actually owned by the company that makes them, in my case, Heartland Industries. When they change something about a model or for whatever reason they want to replace it, they deeply discount the display model. The store puts a sign on it with the price. You have to call the manufacturer and buy it over the phone directly from them. It comes with no warranty at all, strictly as is. They give you the names of shed movers in your area and you have 14 days from the date you purchase it to get it off the lot. The shed I bought with all the options like shingled roof, wall shelving, painted floor, ridge vent, floor venting, window, flower box, 2 skylights, 3-way door hardware, locks, etc, was priced at $2395.00. The display model price was $999.00. It cost $325 to have it moved from Lowes to my home 30 miles away.

It now looks like this!

I covered the floor with glued down vinyl flooring, completely insulated it with R-13 fiberglass insulation, covered that with OSB, which I painted yellow. I took two of the shelving units down and repurposed them into nest boxes. DH added a hinged ladder style roost that I can lift up for cleaning and everybody's happy.
