I need to separate my coop into three parts.

have you ever considered just adding to the coop taht you have now? It woudl still be 1 coop and you could have more room. Just build another run.

That might work to I guess I just have to keep staring at it until something comes to me.

Built the 2nd coop while you are wanting the breeders sepeatated, then when you go away, pull out the dividers, and combine the flock to one. Your mom probably wont be hatching too many while your gone, so keeping them seperate will not be a worry for her.
