What do you guys think this little chick is going to be....A roo or hen?

Game mix chick 1 month old This chick is off my favorite rooster.

Thanks a bunch - I'm getting impatient on this little guy, I wanna know! LOL

hmmm... maybe pullet?? I'd want pics of her as she gets older to say for sure, though.

My initial guess is pullet. You may have to wait a little longer to really make sure. It has pretty barred wings!

My MIL wants my roo bad but she isn't getting him...I wanted to end up with a roo just like him for her.

LOL I know. I always see people on here afraid their chicks are roos! haha I want my MIL to have a roo like mine though, so that is why I am pulling for a roo

How long do I have to wait to be able to tell for sure? It is just a month old now.

That isn't too long to wait.

You know, I tried the 'wives tale' method of holding them up and if they dangle the feet their a roo or if they pull up their feet they are a hen. That method said pullet too....
