I need your help!

Hi everyone!
I need some help I set up 14 eggs on December 13 and all but 5 have died. But now that I am past there hatching date I have candled them and all I see is a black blob. Should I leave them in the incubator longer or do you think they died?

IMO I think they’re still alive. If these are Duck eggs they are right on time, because today would be day 28-29. They typically will get that full on lockdown. If you see any movement whatsoever, they are definitely alive and should be piping soon

They are silkie chickens.

i haven’t seen any movement in along time unfortunately. But they are silkie eggs.

What day are you on in the incubation process? If your going to continue there progress keep your humidity at 70% and wait.

I am on day 23. I don’t want to give up on them but I am very discouraged as I haven’t seen any movement and have seen online that they kind of look like 12 day quitters.
