Hey guys well i need you help am going to buy a Golden phoenix rooster and some hens and i want to know how would i build my cage so my rooster wont missed up his tail my cousin has dogs and he doesnt care if i have my rooster outside but the dog try to get them and i dont want that to happen so i need to know some good pointers to make a good coop for my phoenix

Kinda like a quetzalcoatl, huh (have to fly in one end of the nest so they won't mess up the plumage when they fly out the other end of the nest)? Or are the dogs the issue?
