I need your opinions on Coops! What do you think of prefab coops?

Hello,
I'm a college student in product design and I want to hear your hate/love about certain coops and their features. I recently built a chicken coop myself, and much of the design was inspired by the takes of people I've heard on this website. I'd like to quote them in my presentation (anonymously) if anyone would provide them. In particular, please let me know about your opinions on these features/traits of prefab and built chicken coops (love or hate).

-Nesting Boxes
-Ventilation
-Predator Protection
-Build Quality
-Chicken Door
-Aesthetic and Color
-Cleaning
-Windows,
-Heating/cooling
-Ease of Use
-Roosting bar
-Poop Shelf
-Sickness Isolation
-Nurseries
-Chicken Doors
-positioning (features such as doors, nesting, boxes windows, relative to each other.)

Thank you!
We built two of our own coops, but of also seen the prefabs locally. I think custom built is always better especially of recycled materials if possible. They need to be easy to clean which is not usually consideration a lot of the prefab ones. We bought a recycled standard storm door that has a sliding piece of glass you can take out in the summer and put back in in the winter. You can Orient them the way you need to to Sun and shade. Ventilation is very important but no drafts. Ours is wood, with an insulated roof to cut down on the heat in the summer and cold in the winter. Almost all the prefabs I have seen are way way too small. They also usually use really cheap materials. We use the deep litter method with pine shavings which works great! Personally I would never buy a prefab one. A simple coop is actually relatively easy to build but for people that don't have any skills it might be an option, but I would always go with over buying size wise. Better to have something a bit too big than too small, which also gives you room for expansion of your flock. We are able to quarantine any Birds, or new chicks, with a temporary setup easy made.
