I NEEDZ HATCHING BUDDY! Set today, 5/12/11

I just set some eggs in my incubator today about 10 minutes ago. They were shipped!
I hope they do well! Who else set today? When will they hatch??

this is only my 4th time

(And this is my first time doing this 'hatching buddy' thing)

I'm on a couple others but I'll join you....... 4 banty crosses plus 7 or 8 RIR. Plus the hatch I have due on the 21st and then again on the 23rd-24th totaling about 250

What does a "hatch buddy" do? Just curious - I don't have any hatching experience. I usually start with day-old "magic chicks."

I am not sure what to do either, but I set 2 dozen eggs today, so I will join too!

Well ill join in but I didn't set any. One of my old hens is broody. She started setting two days ago. Im so excited I don't have to do anything but sit back and watch

they should be EE amerucana and cochin. I have 17 chicks right now so why not 5 more

I set 13 BBS Plymouth Rocks yesterday , 5/13, at 3 PM.

Our first hatch didn't go well at all. Going for a dry hatch this round as my thought is the 9 developed eggs drowned. Had one lone chick hatch. No worries as we picked up some blue Orpingtons to keep her company.
