I ordered 200 chicks- It's Promiselandfarm & Perfectly_polish's fault

If you had ordered another 50 you could have saved 10 cents a piece.

AND if you had ordered from meyer way back when, you would be whizbangging these chickens now.

You dirty rotten sob. Rub it in more why don't you.

You got it already? Great! So the broiler feed was about $10 per 50 pounds and the layer was about $5 per 50 pounds. That's a great deal! Much cheaper then our feed stores.

I make it out to be $11.60 for 50lbs of 26% Broiler &
$9.50 for 50lbs of layer.

For the amount of work it took to pick it up and the way my
back feels I'm not too sure it's worth it. I like MNC's idea of a bulk
purchase of bags.

I'll give salem a call tomorrow and see if they can do a bulk purchase, it would be a lot easier getting the feed in bags, then having to load it up in something.

If you saw what I went through at the co-op and even worse, having to
handle it all here you wouldn't want it.

I have 2 36 gallon Rubbermaid containers full of layer and 4 full of broiler.
I'm glad I did it but it was a lot of work.

If we took my GMC 3500 we could carry a ton. Trouble is we would work
our butts off and spend the savings on gas. It would be a fun day but we
have way too many other things to worry about.

Splash says Hi.

Oh, I told my wife we are letting Angel, Party, and Snowflake go. She is ok as long as
we keep our rabbits. Did I mention Ron (our male Lop) had his way with
Nancy(our female Lop) the other night? Do kittens and bunnies get along?

PC, i didn't realize your recently bought feed! I only thought you were checking out prices. Do you need all that feed? If not, I'm sure PP and I can buy some off of you!!

The place is close enough to where I work that I can bring my work van and load up.
I figured when the fryers and Cornish come in I would need enough to feed them until
they came to your house and started eating all your feed.

Yup, that was Nancy's third batch. Assuming she is prgenant we are hoping for the
best, not that I want more rabbits. Holland Lops aren't good eating anyways.

What's the schedule for the weekend? My wife has Sat and Sun off but welcomes
the idea of me and Drum disappearing for a few hours.
