Thanks for the quick responses! I looked up pictures of RIR on Google, and they do look a lot like my chickens. I also wonder if they could be "production red?"
Yes, hatchery production reds. Nice looking birds, and if pullets, and should lay very well. A true RIR is a rich mahogany color and different body shape.
