I posted in emergencies, but no one responded.

The previous owners of this land never had chickens. They owned the place for 20 yrs. Before that it was just forest.

Is there a chance of wild turkeys speading this? They linger at the edge of the yard calling to him.

Well I hurried home early today with the tylan from TSC and it was too late. The tired one passed away today. The last 2 are looking fine and eating and drinking. I also sprinkled some duramycin on the feed this morning. The turkey doesn't eat much, but got a few beakfuls of feed this morning as well. He will get a shot today. Should I still give the other pea a shot since he's looking better?

I burned the dead birds. I hope that's okay. Never had to deal with this before.

Sorry to hear that.

I hope that the others can get well and stay well.

I assume then that it's a liquid? My only experience has been with paste and pellet wormers. Worming of the goats has been done by the vet, so far.

Is it safe for the chickens or is there a residual effect? (In eggs)

So, when I go to TSC tomorrow....I should ask for??
Thank you
cindy
