.......Investigators could not determine why the driver of the Honda, Jerimiah DeGrandis of Apple Valley, swerved, marijuana was found inside his vehicle and according to Wetmore, he was incoherent.

DeGrandis and the Ford pickup were transported with minor to moderate injuries, Wetmore said. Sheriff’s officials are investigating the crash.
