I REALLY NEED HELP!! I HAVE A CROSSBEAK CHICK!!!!

Not always. Sometimes the beak gets a lot worse, and sometimes it doesn’t. Only time will tell. Crossbeak is caused by injury, genetics or vitamin deficiency.
Ok. We have a cochin, brahma, and salmon faverolle, they could've pecked it. Penguin is a bantam.

It'll likely get worse since it's already obvious now, but just means you'll need to keep a close eye on it and manage any issues as they arise. IMO it's generally a genetic issue, and you may see some skull malformation as it grows as well, but many chickens with crossbeak get along just fine as long as they have appropriate feed, feed containers and waterers.

I’m not sure if a peck would be able to do that. Maybe she got it stuck in something? It’s hard to say for sure, but
just know that her eggs should never be hatched.
Ok! If it is a rooster should we build him its own cage so it can't breed?

We give our ADULT chickens pellet feed. (The chicks eat crumbles) should we change the pellet to crumbles when it moves to the flock?

As long as the chick is able to eat and drink, then it should be fine. Is it able to pick up the crumbles? I remember when ThinMint (my crossbeak) was a chick, her crossbeak didn't form until she was a couple of weeks old.

It depends on how badly its beak is crossed. ThinMint needs to have mash because, while she can still somehow eat pellets (one of her favorite things to do is sneak into our bin of pellets and try her hardest to eat them, I can actually sometimes feel pellets in her crop so I have no clue how she does it) she needs to get enough to eat, and an odd chance at getting some pellets won't keep her healthy. It will also need to eat separately from the other chickens so that you can monitor their weight and make sure their eating enough. I'm pretty sure you can get dry mash from feed stores, I can't remember though, because we've been getting our feed from our local Amish feed store. I wet down ThinMints mash because it makes it easier for her to eat because her crossbeak is severe. The wet mash sticks to her beak long enough for her to eat it. For now, your chick should be able to eat the crumbles, but you will need to keep an eye on them (which you probably are already doing). You can also wet down crumbles and pellets, it will absorb the water and turn into a mash-like consistency.
