i really need help with my fan location in my homemade incubator!!!!!???

I think, depending on the size of the incubator, 25 watts may not be enough. The small cheap Little Giants have a 40 watt element.
Some of my DIY incubators (which are large cabinet type) have from 125 watt to 225 watts.

If you are in a warm climate then it could work, I just don't know how to make it hold humidity for you, I think the cardboard would absorb most of your moisture.

around 10 quail chicks so far actually cardboard is well insulated but not as insulated as styrofoam

the incubator size is 1 feet 8 inches long 1 feet 2 inches wide and 1 feet 3 inches tall..and now i am using 40 watt incandecent bulb i will share a video its uploading now

had a succesful hatch in the past few weeks though but with this one i built another with a bigger set up and with all the installation of a fan which i never did before..

I'm sorry, My suggestion that you needed higher wattage heat source was based on the assumption that you were using a thermostat to keep the temperature at a steady temperature.
