My Pet Chicken didn't receive my order even though i ordered online. The payment went through on my credit card. I really need the chicken brooder i ordered. i am getting chicks soon. HELPPPPP

Here is what you should do:

1. Run to Wal Mart and get the biggest plastic tub you can find and a thermometer
2. Run to TSC and get your waterer, feeder, brooder base, pineshavings, 2 red brooder bulbs and chick starter
3. Assemble this for your new arrivals

The best part about this is that it wont cost as much as a fancy brooder and it will serve the purpose.

Yep, a cardboard box will work too. Only thing you need is some sort of bedding, a heat lamp and food and water and containers for them.

What concerns me, is you said your Credit Card WAS charged but MPC says they didnt ???

I never received a receipt. But there is a charge on my card/bank account of 135.80 here is the copy and paste from my online statement.....

I had something simular happen with meyers once. Meyers isn't nearly as nice as MPC to deal with. I mean, they aren't RUDE... but just not as nice. Doesn't that make sense?

I use (in a pinch) cardboard box (wal-marts biggest one cut in half - then you have two!), then the non-slip stuff for kitchen drawers for bedding. I love to use that for bedding the first week. They can't eat it, they don't get spradle leg because they won't slip, and you can pull it out and wash it. I really recommend it for the first week or so. The wood chips scare me to death - I caught some eatting the smaller pieces once then three died... coincidence? maybe. I don't chance it. Straw and hay is alot for little babies to traverse the first week. It is ok... and I have used it alot, but since I started with the drawer stuff... seems they like it better... they can move better. Just saying.

I can only assume that since it was so close to the weekend, the order won't go through until Monday. I would call and make sure, especially having the transaction number from your bank account. They may need to search through their records for your card number, so be sure to have that handy. Does MPC use email to verify your order? Have you checked your spam folder for an email from them?

If nothing else, call tomorrow and see if one of their customer service reps will be able to track down the problem.

yeah they send a receipt. i already check my spam folder. i made 2 other orders and they went through just fine and i got sent a receipt and everything
