I received a terrifying letter yesterday.....UPDATE! OVERTURNED!!!!!

I too have had insurance kick back an er claim.
Mine was when my daughter was having a severe food allergy reaction and could not breathe. The er gave her a nebulizer treatment.
(Those are normally given to asthmatics.) It was kicked as a pre-existing condition. I was very shocked since she had never had one
before. I guess this sort of thing happens a lot. It took over six months of fighting it to get it paid. (And a hit to my credit.)
I am glad you got it all worked out.
