I referred someone to BYC!

I stumbled across a nice young womans blog about her new homesteading life, and read an entry about her mother (mother-in-law, maybe?) giving her fresh from the farm eggs. She gave the information she had about hens, and what she'd learned. So, I e-mailed her and told her for further information, to check out BYC! She e-mailed back (she's very, very sweet!) and said she'd definitely check out the website & forum, and that she'd appreciate it. She said they'd be getting their chicks soon. So I figured, I helped them get a head start on their chicks & preparation, plus, maybe she can inform other people out there who read her blog!

Just wanted to share my excitement.

I referred someone this week from a craigslist ad, they not only joined BYC but the whole family came and saw all of our chickens and chicks and I offered to incubate eggs for her which she accepted!!
