I'd give her a piece of 4x4 on the coop floor! It's very flattering how she's getting attached to you, btw!

But if you really want a chicken diaper, why not use a box of disposable surgical masks...or something similar- might be able to get freebies somewhere!

Chicken diapers did'nt work for me. Wish I had a video of that fiasco

I limit the amount of time my house chickens are out of their coop and just clean up after them. However, I have no carpeting.
Surgical mask just might work.
