Separate is spelled with an "a".
A good way to remember it is this mnemonic device:

Great looking site, however i would add a direct link to BYC from your site also..that makes things more appealing to many just starting off in chickens and can follow that link Back to BYC for all kinds of great help here..

I think it looks great too...
In your html code.. right under the <head> tag.. there is <title> | </title>
you need to type in the name of the page we are on.. like the name of your site or something.. so that when someone bookmarks your site, the name is there instead of |
You can do that with each page..
edited to add.. type in between the tags. <title>Lowcountry Poultry Farm</title>
