If it was me that chicken would never made it in my coop. You should had bonked it when you got home. Now your silly man is your ex all over a chicken. Thats sad unless you had other reasons

They had already been together a week before I came home from a holiday overseas.
The chicken has a fair amount to do with his exing as I have drilled him before on quarantine. This is just one more issue where he thought I didn't know what I was talking about. Generally, if I open my mouth, I really DO know what I'm talking about.
Men are replaceable until I find "The One". However, this chicken IS NOT replaceable as she is the best in the country, a lavender & a hand-raised house chicken to boot.

I'll be getting a naked hen not a roo. But I am moving AGAIN in a few days & I have to see how things work because everyone lives inside & I don't know if I will have the pen space for more than 3 or 4 in the new place. I'm getting 2 silkies from the US later this year & they have preference over the naked chicken.

You don't have to-they are already in the US. I'm importing FROM the US to Israel. George Mihalik is kindly selling me some. I just can't get a silkie here without a DQ. I bought the best ones & they still suck.

I will certainly post pictures of them all over though.
