That design is a whole lot like a horse stall. Probably could find plans for a covered single stall that would be easy to modify. Like it.

My brother is a draftsman-geek and if I can persuade him it'd be a fun project he might draw up plans... but, not sure about being able to convince him. He'll be here next week and I'll try. No promises though! (he's not an architect mind you, but has a working practical knowlege of building stuff and lots of skill with cad programs and such)

We built the exact coop i found the plans online too we built the coop 8x8 and the run is 16 foot long but we have 28 chickens so we made it bigger and yea we added a screen door on it to get in the run

Some of the smaller lumber yards have software and if you purchase a percentage of the supplies from them they will do the design on a computer program. It is just a thought.
