I so sick of being sick!!

I have even sprayed that chlorseptic in there and its not helping either

I'm assuming you and DH use separate hand towels? When my family visited at Christmas, everyone got a cold except me, which is HIGHLY unusual. I kept my own towel in my bedroom to ensure I was the only one using it.

Of course, I still ended up with a sinus infection later, but that's a whole different bucket of worms.

I'm feeling better today. I'm still going back to the Dr. and talk to her about my diet. Alot of your suggestion like the dairy and sugar might be my problem. I'm going to take these suggestions and ask about them. Thank you all for your support I was having a really bad day yesterday.

Today not only do I feel better, but I have a baby goose hatching

I am heading to the doc today as well. Sinus infection. I am tired of hearing the blooding pounding in my ears and my eye feeling like it is going to pop out of the socket.
