I struck gold. FREE WOOD

I knew I was getting free wood. It was wanting to get my coop built so I can get my Salmon Faverolles in August or so. My brother and his friend took down a 43x8 deck that was going due to a divorce of someone they knew. A lot of the wood was bad since part of it was a deck for the ocean and was old. Part of it was newer and in great shape. It looks great. The trailer is 16'x7' and it is filled to the rim! I can't wait to get started. Just wanted to share the "gold" I found.

Way to go! I got 90% of my wood for free also. I only had to purchase the shingles, hardware cloth, and hardware. Coop and run is 8 X 8 and entirely covered by a roof, Figure that I have a $1500 coop and run for about $200.

mine was free also, all i had to do was go into the woods, find some nice cedar trees that needed to come down anyways, cut it down and saw it into boards... and then with my blood and sweat it was FREE!!!
