Cool but not cold water on her feet and legs, and offer her some electrolytes gatorade or pedialyte. If you have none, mix 1/2 tsp sugar and a tiny pinch of salt in a cup of water. Make sure that she gets cool in shade, but not in AC.
Ah ok I brought her inside but its like 75 in here and almost 100° outside

Well just get her cooled off, and see if she is doing better. She needs to keep used to warm temps outside. How old is you little pullet? Are the others all doing well? Is your coop and run shaded? They get overheated and hold their wings out from the body and pant to get cool. I would hold her fluids up to her beak and get her to drink often until she takes enough. Watery chicken feed will also get fluids into her. If she walking okay, and is she getting bullied or kept from food and water? Multiple shaded water and food stations are needed in hot weather.

I keep the smaller of my new flock in a very large 8Ă—3Ă—2 and has plenty a ventilation and is well shaded on our porch with a large fan pointed in the side of it she's 8 weeks
