We are totally excited...which is, um, why I'm already up on BYC at 4 am. LOL 'Tis a bit early for our neck of the woods, but I couldn't sleep. I was too pumped about getting up and getting over there this morning.

To answer your question, there are three bedrooms. There is only DH and I, so one bedroom will be ours, one will be a guest room for parents or friends when they visit, and one will become a sort of library/reading room until we have a better use for it. We don't have plans for any children soon; we've only been married for about two years and are still enjoying just having it be the two of us.

I love the set up of the bathrooms upstairs and oh yesssssss! the laundry room right upstairs! Imagine how many times you would have to do that if your laundry room was downstairs and carrying all those clothes up and down...ugh!
