so yes, we HAD to go to TSC for feed today, and we HAD to walk by the chicks they still have. and I HAD to peek in the bantam bin. and they HAD to happen to get cochin bantams in today. so yes I HAD to get some!!! that rounds out the total chick purchases for the past two weeks to 39.

Hi my name is Beth and I am completely addicted to little baby chickies!!

I got 3 that are black and white. Not sure if they are barred, or black, or something else. and I got 2 that are bright yellow (probably going to be white) and I got one buff (but it's hard to tell in the pic)

It's an illness for which there is no cure. I too suffer from cutechickitis, and I don't want to be cured! I went to TSC today too and came home with 8 (I SWEAR they followed me home!), and that's on top of the 15 I currently have in my brooder, the 20+ that are hatching as I type this in my bator, plus goose eggs set to hatch the end of the month in my other bator, and the Cochin, Serama, and BLRW eggs I will be setting as soon as the current eggs are finished hatching. Oh, and did I mention the Silkie eggs I'll be incubating come June? Yeah, it's a sickness, but it's a GOOD one, I swear it is!

I can't seem to turn off the incubators!!! I, foolishly, dropped by the local feed store. Ended up with six ducks, 20 EE pullets, and three Brown Chinese geese. ARGH!!!!

This is a true addiction!!!

I know the feeling. I started out last week with the intent of just getting 4 chicks- ended up getting 2 gold laced wyndottes, 2 EE's, and 1 Red sex-link. Next day ended up with 1 SLW and yesterday added one Barred Rock. I have to quit going to the feed store!

that's what I keep doing but on monday I hatched 6x more eggs and already have my second set of eggs spoken for
total 19x 3week old chicks, 6x 3x day old chicks
