Solved I take it this site doesn't have any Save feature?

I'm on my phone. Sometimes when I "lose" what I'm doing - accidentally hit a key that takes me to a different thread, for example - if I hit the Back button, it'll take me back to the thread I was responding to, but my unfinished post will be gone. BUT! If I then hit the Refresh button at top right, hey presto! There it is! Like magic.

F5 is refresh on a PC, or this circle thing top left.

Once in a while, I've lost what I typed, scrolled all the way up and down looking for it, wrote something else in the same thread, and seen both when I posted. I have no idea how or why.

Whoa. Speaking of magic...

This morning I went to start the thread over. I go to Quail and hit New Thread and there it was! Talk about a Save feature. The forum saved the thread after I had left the forum and closed my laptop. Amazing.

Glad you found your reply! The save draft button is here on phones. I use it frequently.

I know some forums have a "save" that appears from time to time automatically as you type. I had really thought I lost my post. Amazing it was saved and all I had to do was start a New Thread again.

This one autosaves as I type as well. Using the save button just makes sure it saves at a time I choose, in addition to the time it chooses.
