i think i may know the person... i said to my neighbor that we are getting cameras and she has 3 very unruly boys...

now all of a sudden no action.... do the math

You should tell that same person your cameras aren't working like you thought and you're just too lazy to take the hunk of junk down. Make sure there aren't any LED's going- when I was seeking evidence on something, I didn't tell a soul I was putting up cameras- it changes behaviors.

I was in Staples with my daughter when I was getting the wires for the cameras and my neighbor works there and asked why I needed 3 sets of wires and without missing a beat my DD (7) spoke and said the chickens need it for their computer. so then I had to explain what I was doing... and why the chickens had a computer in their coop
