I would watch it a couple days as long as it is drinking and eating. If it's not better in a couple of days then cull it.
If it's not eating drinking now I would probably cull it.

I will probably have too. I will give it a few days. I don tknow if it will eat or drink, I havnt given them food yet. He just hatched yesterday.

This little guy has some kind of central neurologic issue, unlikely to be an ear infection or simply vestibular, or symptoms would lessen or resolve when he was not in motion. It could be cerebellar, as noted by another member, but the fact that it is not happening when he sleeps does not rule out a "nerve problem", unfortunately - even chicken brains are not that simple. Doesn't look good for this little guy. And, just a gentle suggestion

thank you. And then I thought that it almost sounds worse to equate a chicken bobbing its head with someone who has real suffering. I wasnt sure the term mental handicap really fit a chicken. I diddn't mean to offend anyone, and I am sorry if I did, but I thought it might be more offensive the other way around.
