If you are hatching them under the broody, she could be having a mite infestation and transferring them to the chicks when they hatch. They can't groom themselves as well as adults and can die from them. Or could be coccidia? Sorry you are losing so many... You could take a chick to the state lab and see what they say. They are very thorough.
