I think I have a sick chicken

We have 7 chickens right now, 1 Buff Orpington, 2 years old, 5 Ameraucanas, 3 months and 1 New Hampshire Red, age unknown. The NH Red was purchased from a farm as a companion bird for the Buff, who was the sole survivor of a fox attack this winter. We thought we had lost all 5 Buffs, but after a month, this one showed up on the front porch! We couldn't believe that she had spent the whole month of March in the Maine woods, but there she was, a little thinner, but not hurt. Anyway, we wanted her to have a friend and didn't really care whether the new chicken laid eggs or not, which is good, because she hasn't.

Since we got the Red, she hasn't seemed quite right to us. She has sort of a hacky sounding cluck, almost like a cough. We just chalked that up to our chicken inexperience and the fact that we had never had this particular breed. But her other symptom is diarrhea. Her lower tail feathers are always wet and dirty, sometimes coated in white. We've had her about 3 months now, and none of the other chickens are exhibiting any of these symptoms. Other than this, she seems OK. She isn't losing weight, she loves to peck around in the yard and runs in for treats when I call them.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? Any suggestions? Thank you in advance for any advice you have!

. Have you tried worming her?

Hello and welcome to BYC!
The chickens are so delicate, but you can see information in the forum "Emergencies/diseases injuries and cures"

Thanks for your help. We decided to give her a sitz bath in warm soapy water to clean off her tail feathers (which she really seemed to enjoy, by the way!) and we found that she has worms. We're are dosing all of them with Wazine per the directions and I hope we caught it in time. She has been so lethargic, just finding a sunny spot to sleep, while all the others are chasing bugs around the yard. I don't see any signs with the other chickens yet, so we are hoping for the best.
