Put light on them! With the shorter days they are not getting enough natural light so you must meet that need with artificial lights. Hens require 16 hours of light per day to lay eggs.
Same problem here.
I have already treat everybody they will end up in the soup.
Nothing helps. My husband is telling me that they don't know howto lay an egg and that its time for them to go.
Buying all that food, saving boxes to put the eggs in, but no eggs.
Last time I went to buy broiler chicks, at least I know for sure they will not be laying. And this lady showed me her chicken egg.
They were jumbo eggs . Her chicken know how to lay eggs.
I came home and wanted to
my chicken. Go lay an egg. Any kind of egg.
But to conclude, I want to say some thing to my chickens.

Y'all crack me up! But I feel your pain.... My hens are 32 weeks and they are procrastinating. I do the light thing, the feed thing, the water thing and the "Lay an egg or you'll be dinner!" thing and out of the 17 hens that I have, I get 3 green and blue eggs every other day. I have 6 EE and the rest are Wyandottes with 1 Buttercup. (I think they know I'm not serious about the stew pot!) Just my luck.....
