My husband would be in shock, but he did just bring home a 3 story chick brooder free from his work. Each level holds 50 chicks. They were asked 2 1/2 years ago about building them and no longer needed it.

I've run into that problem too. Some people don't believe they're chicken eggs, or they'll insist I must have dyed them.

WOW.. I just had to read this to my hubby who tells everyone that everytime he counts our chicks we have 1 or 2 more. LOL We have 11 but 2 are being rehomed next week. I just don't have the space.

I built up a pretty loyal customer base by explaining why my eggs are all different colors. The eggs are good enough to be worth what I charge to begin with, but coupled with the novelty of having all the different colors, it really moves the stock! lol
