Hi there,
I've begun to suspect that my Lorps might be BJGs, they're bigger than the rest of my chicks.
(Which could mean nothing.)
But their feet bottoms are yellow, not pinkish like all my Sussex have, and what I assumed Lorps have.
I'm not too disappointed actually, I wanted some black jersey giants.
Can somebody tell me for certain what I have?
Thank you!

First picture they look pink. The rest the lighting isn't good enough to tell. Can you get new pictures, plus show the whole bird too?
The first ones have always looked pinkish to me too, but I wasn't sure.
Sorry, it's late afternoon, not the best lighting.

They all look a bit more pink in pictures than to my eyes. But here's some more pictures.

I'm gonna stick with Australorp, but I could be wrong. You should be able to tell more as it matures, should be. Sometimes it's such a fine line. It's a very upright, good looking chick.

Look yellow to me. But either way, both breeds are good!! We have both, and like them.
I guess if they grow up much bigger than everyone else we'll know.
Thank you!
