I think I'm in denial... please tell me these are both pullets!

I'm a first time chicken owner, and I got these two as chicks. One has pretty much always been bigger than the other, and I thought it must be the same way some people are different sized than others. However, I know fear that Buckbeak is a cockerel!! She (he?!) hasn't crowed yet, but s/he is looking less and less like Pigwidgeon (on the left). Is it so?! Thanks for your experienced input!

P.S. I am currently raising 3 more chicks that are a couple weeks old so these two aren't lonely.

Thank you! My elderly neighbor (who had chickens when he was younger) told me it was a rooster... so I began to get scared.
