I think its a cochin.. but what coloration?

Cuckoo?
Blue?
Penciled?
Silver Laced?

I'm not sure. He came from an assortment.

looks like a blue cochin.

I thought that at first too but I'm not sure any more. He is getting some thicker feathers at the tip of his wings. And on one side those tips are white.
