I think its bumblefoot....what do I do?

Hi everyone

at present I'm soaking my hens foot in Epsom salts, she seemed to be limping today and on inspection her foot is hot and on the underside there is large black sort of raised spot, I'm pretty sure its bumblefoot....what should I do next?
