Believe it or not this bird is still alive. Yesterday it was acting funny, not walking, twisted neck and putting the head under the wing. My daughter and I took it out of the coop asap and began doing research on what might cause this. We are thinking it is Marek's. It is not eating or drinking by itself, its eyes are shut and now it is not even trying to move. Yesterday it could only move by rolling around in circles. I'm thinking putting it down would be the best solution. I am just looking for some other opinions. Thanks for your help!

You can try .5 mls poly vi sol, without iron, once daily
400 ius of vitamin E twice daily.

You can make a mash out of crumbles and yogurt. You will probaby have to hand feed her until her head gets back on straight. With the mash, you won't have to worry about water. They get all the moisture they need from the mash.

Good luck. If you don't see any improvement in a few days, I would go ahead and euthanize. In the meantime, I would find a place to have her necropsied. You need to know just what killed her so that you will know if you need to do anything special to protect the rest of your flock. You can call your local government extension office or do an online search to find out what to do.
