I'm glad you got your medicine SilkieTime. How is your young one doing now? I think mine is on the mend after a week in the house with very small soft meals. I don't think she actually had sour crop, turned out it was really an impaction, and her crop filled up around it and got stretched out and squishy, but I think I caught it before it soured. Her crop has toned back up a lot and is working well. I was so afraid it would be stretched out permanently. It's still a bit lower on her body than it should be though. She's digesting crumbles now and her diarrhea is almost gone. I'm gonna try to put her back out with her flockmates in a day or two when it warms back up but I'm worried they won't remember her and attack. Sorry, I'm rambling! Anyway, I hope your chickie does well with her new medicine. What were her symptoms? Do you have her in the house? Good luck and keep us posted!

She gets medicine three times a day and it has only been 24 hours but I think it is better. I don't have to take away feed or water, I like that a lot. Glad your chicken is better. She is with the others and eating just Start and Grow. Not supost to give anything else. Shes eating good and I thing it is gone down some.
