You need to go sit on your hands and NOT open the bator.
If you open the bator you could harm the other one's trying to hatch. The chick that hatched will be ok for a couple of days without eating. I'm so eggcited for you.

I take my chicks out as the hatch along with the shells and put the chicks into a brooder. My hatches have been fine. I don't think a broody goes into lock down...
