I think maybe my RIR laid her first egg? PIC

I thought all along that my BSL Daisy was laying because the eggs were small and several times she came in the coop when I would gather the one egg. Tonight, there was only one egg, but a BIG one and my RIR Lucy came inside. My Lucy has been squatting for weeks, Daisy not so much, but she is the one I see coming in and out of the coop. No I wonder if it was Lucy all along and she just gave me a whopper today. LOL!! I do think there is a color difference.

i don't know if it's my eyes deceiving me, but it looks like a very slight color difference. VERY slight....so slight, that i could be wrong!

Isn't it horrible not knowing for sure who did it? It's almost as bad as the wait to get that first egg! Now you get to play CSI Hen House to figure out who the culprit is!

BTW...They are some big BEAUTIFUL eggs! And yes - I DO see the color difference

Both are pretty eggs...
the bigger one looks a slight bit lighter in color.
