I think my Blue Ameracauna Edith is a rooster :-( can you help me tell for sure?

Before I re-home him/her I want to make sure. I am not allowed to have a rooster in my neighborhood and really don't want my neighbors complaining.
I heard someone crowing this morning and went out to check and sure enough it was Edith. She has been the most aggressive one in the group and does not let me anywhere near her. She has also chased a dog out of our yard on more than one occasion. She's 16 wks old.
What do you guys think? Anyone have an ameracauna rooster they can post a pic of?
