I think my chick is dying

Is she back in the brooder? She sounds cold, but could be sicker than that. If she was stepped on, she will get better, or not. You can't do much more than get her warm (75 is too cold IMO for 4 weeks) - put her under the heat lamp/brooder lamp. Try to get her to eat- wet some chick mash, consider giving a few drops of electrolyte water. You did not say what she normally eats- if they are not on medicated start, and you have recently put them outside on dirt- you may have a sick chick from coccidia. Put in paper towels in the brooder so you can see what the feces look like. Meds for the water are available if you think they have coccidia- typically presents as ruffled lethargic chicks (or even sudden death) with diarrhea- recently put on dirt, and not on medicated start.

I think it might be her neck. When I try to make her drink I have to tilt her head down and her neck flops forward and she seems off balance??? she can move her neck side to side but it seems different??

everyones poop is normal with the occasional cecal stinky poop. I got her to take a tiny bit of sugar water but won't eat. not cooked eggs, or yogurt even. I guess we will see what happens over night. I have a feeling I won't sleep much.....

she is much better today!!! I can't believe it I thought for sure I was going to find a dead chick this morning. I checked on her 3 times in the middle of the night and she was just sleeping. Now she is up walking around and I gave her more sugar water and yogurt. she ate just a tiny bit. I hope she is on the mend. I am so very careful with my daughter and the chicks but those toddlers are so fast and just don't understand how to handle them. She knows not to touch them but she can't help herself!!! She has spent many moments on timeouts because she just can't control the "no touch"

still not sure if she will make it but today is a better day for her!! Hope she will improve.
