Update when she was eating she pooped and it was green!

Green poop can be an indication that she is not processing nutrition.
Since she is not eating, that is most likely the cause.

Can you take her to a vet?

Have you checked her crop to make sure it's not impacted and that it is functioning properly?
Is she still sneezing?

she is eating fine every 30 minutes actually but at 6:50 she was ready to sleep
