I think my chicken is very sick but i dont know whats wrong

so if it is coccidiosis would that explain he nostrils closing up, i dont know what to do about that and im worried thats why she wont move around much, they look worse than they did earlier, she looks like she wants to eat, she looks excited when she sees the food but then she doesnt actually eat it, she is still drinking some though

No, coccidiosis won't cause anything with the nose, I can't see well enough in the pictures to tell if her nostrils look closed up or not. I just think with her age and symptoms it's best to rule that out as a possibility. Do you think she has any swelling around the face or eyes or is it just the nose openings themselves that look off to you?

Maybe she has some type of respiratory problem going on???

it is just the nose openings that look off. also i notice that she has lost 2 feathers, could this be related?

Chickens will lose feathers naturally. Every day and worse when they're molting. She's too young to molt but 2 feathers is perfectly normal. Mine lose more than that and they're too young to molt as well.

Hm. It's still hard to tell. When she's resting, does her breathing seem normal?

yes, when she is resting and sleeping, after drinking she will have her beak slightly open and after she cleans her feathers or gets up to move around her beak will be open wider like when they are too hot but once she lays down shes breathing normally. could i blend her food to a liquid form and try giving it to her using a dropper, she is still drinking but not eating

She could have a respiratory infection but I think probably Cocci. I had a sick one with cocci and she only drank for 2 days then finally ate when she was feeling better after 3 days of treating with Corid. She lost some weight but gained it back pretty quick. She's gotten so big since then. It was only around a month and a half ago. Did you get the Corid?
