I think my chickens are too getting hot, how to keep them cool??

We use a portable mister that we can move around as needed..... here is a picture. We got it from Ace Hardware but I have seen them at Home Depot also.

My girls love it when I let the water hose go for a while in the run so they have puddles to stomp and scratch around in. It really seems to cool them down and they look like they're having fun!

I bought a mister for the run but the chickens don't seem to like being near it. I need to get a fan for the coop. What kind of fans are you using?

Took our's a while to get used to the mister. They were afraid of it at first. Now they get under it and shake happily as they cool off.

we have a fan like you put in the window. we cut out in the wall and put himges. We screw it [fan] into place. in the winter we take it out and put the wood back.
