I think my coop/run is almost ready to go!

Ok, I somehow put this in the wrong area, but I don't see how to delete the thread...sorry!!!

Finally got my area done. Yay!!! Any suggestions on how to get the tree branch to stay in place? Will the chickens actually use it? I have 5 chickens.

Inside the big run. Still need to make a way to close off the door between the two areas.

Still need to attach the branch to the fence. Will they use it?

They'll use the branch. What I do actually is I get branches that are small enough to fit into the chain link openings, and then jam the ends into the openings and the fence can easily hold it up. Like you see on the right side here:

They’ll use it. It looks like it’s 3 feet off the ground. Little high maybe. You could either just put them through the wires on the fence or get a zip tie and attach the stick to the fence

Looks good, do you have any skirting? Or netting for over the top? I don't know what predators you have there but I bet there are at least a couple you've not seen till now.

I have chicken wire around as a skirting, and there is netting over the top (I want to weave some white plastic through it to make it a bit more visible). Under the tarp is hardware cloth. We have coyotes in the woods behind us. I have a camera set up to watch what goes on outside. Zip ties are amazing! Lol!!
