I think my duck has a cold?

I have 3 khaki campbell duckling they are about a month old. i put them in my pond today and i noticed when the black one goes under water he shoots snot out of his nose. i tried to look into his mouth and when i do its like really thick salvia. i dont know what to do i need help. is he sick? is there an antobiotic? i cant go the vet either cause none of them know anything about waterfowl. is ot a cold?

Welll this is just my experiance but when mine went swiming they useually had a little discharge and were just fine. but i have runners ( i think) lol so they might be differnt.. but it might be more serious than mine. sorry im not help:/

When My ducks go into the pond they always do that, I was always told its to get anything out of their nostrils.
